Who will I speak with?

A professional counsellor. Her personal name and workplace are not published on the website. Relevant professional information and the session format are confirmed with your booking.

Is this financial advice or debt negotiation?

No. Counselling offers personal support for debt-related stress. The counsellor cannot remove debt, negotiate with lenders or promise a financial outcome.

Is the session confidential?

The counsellor will explain confidentiality, record keeping and safeguarding limits before the session. Absolute secrecy cannot be promised where safety or legal duties apply.

Is it online and who can book?

The service is designed as an online session for adults aged 18 and over. Available languages and the meeting platform are confirmed after payment.

What happens after I pay?

You submit preferred times and brief contact details. KarzMap replies within 24 hours with availability and joining information.

What if no suitable time is available?

We will offer alternatives. If KarzMap cannot provide a suitable session, the ₹999 session fee will be refunded in full.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Contact admin@karzmap.in as early as possible. Requests are reviewed individually until a detailed cancellation window is agreed with the counsellor and published.

Is this an emergency service?

No. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and do not wait for an appointment or email reply.
