KarzMap provides educational debt calculations and decision-support. The paid service is a personalised digital analysis based on information you submit.
KarzMap is not a lender, loan marketplace, debt-settlement representative, collection agent, legal adviser, tax adviser, investment adviser, credit-repair agency or credit bureau. We do not guarantee approval, settlement, interest savings, debt-free dates, credit-score movement or any lender action.
You are responsible for entering complete and accurate figures. A wrong balance, due date, APR, EMI or income figure can materially change the result. Where a lender-specific number matters, verify it against the latest KFS, statement, repayment schedule or loan agreement.
Some free-check calculations intentionally simplify timing. Paid analysis may still be limited by missing lender-specific information such as daily finance-charge methods, taxes, penal charges, foreclosure fees, prepayment restrictions, revised repayment schedules or overdue status. Material assumptions will be stated in the report.
KarzMap output should not be treated as an instruction to miss, delay, settle or restructure a contractual payment. Confirm lender-specific consequences before acting.
During beta, paid reports are human-reviewed. Our target is delivery within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete information. If clarification is required, the delivery clock begins once necessary information is received.
We may decline or limit analysis where the case is outside our scope, requires regulated/legal representation, contains unverifiable information, or cannot be responsibly analysed. If we cannot provide the paid service, the applicable payment will be refunded.
You may use KarzMap for your own lawful financial understanding. You must not attempt to misuse the service, impersonate another person, upload malicious files or submit someone else's financial information without authority.
To the extent permitted by law, KarzMap is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user inputs, lender changes, fees/charges not disclosed to us, market or employment changes, or decisions made without checking lender-specific documents. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to courts or forums having competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
