Free calculations run in your browser. We do not upload your entries merely because you calculate. Your language choice is saved on this device. A case staged for checkout stays temporarily in this browser tab.

Ordering a report

You pay before entering debt details. Cashfree receives your email, phone and payment-order details; it does not receive your debt case. After payment, your case is sent to the KarzMap backend only when you generate the report. KarzMap does not save the case in an application database.

Payment and report access

Cashfree keeps the payment order. KarzMap places a signed product reference and a hash of the private browser token in that order, not your debt details. After payment, the case in your browser and a private token are used to generate the report. If browser data is cleared, you can recover paid access by matching the order ID, receipt email and payment mobile number against Cashfree. KarzMap does not store those recovery entries in a separate customer database.

Do not enter sensitive credentials

Never enter PAN, Aadhaar, full card numbers, CVV, PINs, passwords, OTPs or bank logins in your case. Account aliases and the necessary amounts and dates are enough.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, KarzMap uses Google Analytics to measure anonymous website-use events such as page visits, checkout starts, payment verification and PDF downloads. We do not send loan amounts, lender names, email addresses, phone numbers, order IDs, form answers or report contents to analytics. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled. You can continue without analytics or change your choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Advertising on free pages

Advertising is not currently active on KarzMap. After Google AdSense approval, limited advertisements may appear only on free educational pages—never in checkout, counselling payment, paid access or a report. If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve or measure ads, subject to your privacy choice. You can manage Google ad personalisation through Google Ads Settings.

Hosting and logs

Hosting providers may process basic request logs for security and reliability. KarzMap does not sell debt entries. Cashfree keeps payment records under its own privacy and legal-retention rules.

Counselling and enquiries

Counselling is separate. Your report is not automatically shared with a counsellor. After a counselling payment, send only contact details, preferred times and a brief reason for support; do not send financial statements. For access, correction or payment support, contact admin@karzmap.in with the order ID; never send financial passwords or OTPs.
