KarzMap sells a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.
The paid Karz Rescue Kit is delivered electronically, normally as a PDF or secure digital file/link, using the email/communication method provided during the paid intake.
During beta, our target is to deliver within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete information. Many cases may be completed earlier. Complex cases or missing documents may require clarification; we will communicate if additional time is needed.
There are no physical shipping charges.
You are responsible for providing a working contact method. If delivery fails because details are incorrect, contact support@karzmap.in with your payment reference.
If you have paid and have not received the service within the stated target or any updated timeline we provided, contact support. If we cannot deliver the service, our refund policy applies.
KarzMap Rescue Kit beta price is ₹199. Our current Razorpay.me page asks you to enter the amount, so please enter ₹199 exactly.
Payment name: KarzMap is currently operated as an unregistered individual business. Razorpay or your bank may show the proprietor's verified legal/PAN name JITESH SETH on some payment screens, SMS or statements. This does not change the product price or delivery.
