Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want the ₹199 beta product to be low-risk and clear.

Full refund situations

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • KarzMap determines that the paid case is outside the service scope and cannot responsibly be delivered.
  • We are unable to deliver the paid Rescue Kit after receiving the information reasonably required from you.

Cancellation before work starts

If you request cancellation within 2 hours of payment and personalised review has not begun, we will cancel and refund the order.

After delivery

Because the paid Rescue Kit is a personalised digital service, delivery normally ends the cancellation window. However, if you identify a material calculation error attributable to KarzMap, contact us promptly. We will correct the report at no additional charge. If a material error cannot reasonably be corrected, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

How to request

Email support@karzmap.in with the payment reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time taken to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank/card issuer.

No guaranteed outcome refunds

A refund is not automatically due because a lender declines a request, interest rates/fees differ from an estimate, your income changes, or you disagree with an educational option after delivery. KarzMap does not guarantee lender or credit-bureau outcomes.
