Processing begins after successful payment when you use the paid workspace. Contact admin@karzmap.in promptly with the order ID for a duplicate charge, missing access or a report-generation fault. Do not send card details or OTPs. We will correct a service error or arrange a refund where the paid report cannot be supplied. A change of mind after the personalised PDF has been generated is reviewed individually. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Counselling session · ₹999

After payment, submit your preferred times. If KarzMap cannot offer a suitable session, the ₹999 fee will be refunded in full. Until a detailed cancellation window is agreed with the counsellor and published, cancellation and rescheduling requests are reviewed individually. Contact admin@karzmap.in as early as possible with your order ID.

What the services cannot guarantee

Debt calculations depend on your inputs and lender terms. Neither the report nor counselling guarantees savings, a settlement, credit-score improvement, debt clearance or a particular emotional outcome.

Payment support

Keep your Cashfree order ID. If payment appears successful but access does not unlock, use the payment-status button again before contacting support and do not pay twice.
